How do I earn Shop Your Way Points to redeem for Gift Cards?
- Simply sign in, click on the Earn tab at the top of this page, and click on any of our affiliated brands. Complete a qualifying transaction to earn the advertised points per dollar. You can use any form of tender that the merchants accept, except gift cards in some instances. See the Terms and Conditions of each offer for details.
- If you use a Shop Your Way Mastercard, you will also get points for that form of tender in addition to the affiliate points.

- You will earn 5% back in points on eligible purchases at gas stations, 3% on eligible purchases at grocery stores and restaurants (5% and 3% back on the first $10,000 of combined eligible purchases made on gas, groceries and restaurants per calendar year and 1% thereafter), 2% on at Shop Your Way Merchants [such as Sears, Kmart and Sears Home Services] and 1% back on all other eligible purchases made when you are a Shop Your Way member with a Shop Your Way Mastercard that is linked to the Shop Your Way account.

I didn’t receive an email with my Gift Card.

The following is a list of the most common reasons why you may not be seeing your Gift Card:
- The Gift Card was sent to a different email address. The Gift Card is sent to the email address you registered with and used to sign in.
- The email was routed to a bulk, promo, or spam folder or may have been blocked by a spam filter
- The firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over the size limit
- You can find your purchased Gift cards on the Shop Your Way app on the Wallet tab and on the home page of ShopYourWay.com. They are on the page's right side under the My Gift Cards heading.
The Gift Card doesn’t work when making my purchase.
- Please contact the Gift Card merchant’s customer service for the fastest resolution.
- Be aware that some gift cards can only be used on the merchant's app or online. Each gift card's Redemption Details & Gift Card Terms will list the redemption method, online, in-store, or app only.

Can I change the value of my Gift Cards after I’ve placed my Gift Card order?
- No, you cannot change the value of a Gift Card.
Can I exchange the Gift Card for a Gift Card issued by a different merchant after I’ve purchased it?
- No, you cannot change the merchant of your Gift Card.
- Gift Card sales and redemptions are final and cannot be refunded, canceled, or changed.
Can I reload or add value to a Gift Card?
- No, you cannot reload or add value to a Gift Card.
I lost my Gift Card or accidentally deleted the email it was sent on.
- A Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such.

- You will receive your Gift Card via the email address on your Shop Your Way membership.
What happens if I enter the wrong PIN, and become locked out of my Gift Card?
- Depending on the merchant/brand/retailer, some Gift Cards require a PIN to be entered. If you entered a wrong PIN, the system may lock you out for 15 minutes. Please wait 15 minutes and try entering the PIN again.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
- Balance checking options vary by merchant. Check the terms and conditions on your Gift Card for specific information on how to check Gift Card balances. Most brands or retailers have a gift card balance check on their website.
