While rare, problems may arise with the gift card purchase process.
Gift cards arrive almost instantly in your email on file in your inbox but can take up to 24 hours to receive.
The gift cards are delivered via email to the email used on your SYW account.
Please make sure to check your Junk, Spam, Trash, and Promotions folders for an email from Shop Your Way gift cards.
You can view your purchased gift cards on the new SYW app and ShopYourWay.com.
Login to ShopYourWay.com and on the right of the Home page, you will see your most recently purchased gift cards.
Click on See Wallet and you can view all your purchased gift cards. Clicking on a gift card will show you the details such as the serial number and PIN to use online, as well as giving you a barcode that can be printed and used in-store.
Download the Shop Your Way app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to your smartphone or tablet and go to the wallet tab to locate and use your gift cards.
The email will have come from the below address so you can search for it in your email.
If you have any other problem with your purchase such as missing information on the gift card, an order that wasn't fully executed, the gift card wasn't delivered, or any other concern, please click on the "Contact Us" button (at the bottom of this page/top right corner) and send us a message.
If your gift card doesn't arrive and you can't view it on the SYW app, please open a ticket by submitting a message using the "Contact Us" button.
